Background: Squirtle

Squirtle is a Water-type Pokémon and one of the three original starter Pokémon from Pokémon Red & Green (1996). Pokédex #007, Squirtle evolves into Wartortle (level 16) and then Blastoise (level 36) — the powerful turtle Pokémon with water cannons emerging from its shell. Squirtle's design is inspired by real turtles, with a brown shell, light blue skin, and a curled squirrel-like tail.
