The Magma Cube is the Nether counterpart to the Overworld's Slime β a fiery cube-shaped mob that hops toward players and splits into smaller cubes when killed. Unlike Slimes, Magma Cubes have glowing orange-yellow bodies with deep red eyes and leave no trail. They drop Magma Cream when defeated, an essential ingredient for brewing Fire Resistance potions and crafting Magma Blocks.
